Purchase & Privacy Policies

This Purchase Policy is subject to, and incorporates by this reference, the Terms of Use. Each ticket that you purchase is a license to attend a particular event, and is subject to the additional terms set forth on that ticket.

Currency

All ticket prices for events that occur in the United States are stated in U.S. Dollars.

Payment Methods

WebTicketCenter.com accepts several methods of payment to accommodate your needs. If the event for which you are buying tickets is located in the United States, WebTicketCenter.com accepts Visa and MasterCard.

Order Confirmation

If you do not receive a confirmation number (in the form of a confirmation page or email) after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm with your Customer Service Department whether or not your order has been placed. Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process. WebTicketCenter.com will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that an order was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation.

Convenience Charges and Order Processing Fees

Tickets purchased on WebTicketCenter.com are typically subject to a per ticket convenience charge and a non-refundable per order processing fee. In many cases, delivery prices will also be owed.

Amount of Tickets Per Customer or "Ticket Limits"

When purchasing tickets on WebTicketCenter.com, you are limited to a specified number of tickets for each event (also known as a "ticket limit"). This amount is included on the unique event page and is verified with every transaction. This policy is in effect to discourage unfair ticket buying practices.

Cancelled and Postponed Events

Please see Canceled/Postponed Events for our postponed and canceled events policies, which are hereby incorporated into this purchase policy.

Opening Acts

Opening acts or guests may sometimes tour with headlining performers. WebTicketCenter.com is not always made aware of opening acts or the length of their performances. These opening acts are subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice. No refund will be owed if an opening act is changed or canceled.

Why do I need to know about fare rules?

With online travel reservations, you just tell the web site where you want to go and when, and the site will "find the best trip" for you. All the fare rule interpretation goes on behind the scenes, so the consumer doesn't have to worry about it. Isn't that the end of the story?

Well, almost.

I think online travel reservations are great because they do make it so easy for the traveling public to research travel and make reservations on their own.

Most of the time the process works well. In this case, I would argue that you still need to read and understand the fare rules for the ticket you are buying. These rules are available online before confirming your ticket purchase.

Remember that airfares are in fact very complex, and online reservation systems try to simplify them. Sometimes this simplicity may mean that the best itinerary and fare for you may not appear in the list of options. By understanding fare rules, you'll have a much better idea whether or not you're not getting the best fare and itinerary.

To what rules should I pay particular attention when buying a ticket online?

If the ticket can be used for future travel, it usually must be used within one year of the date of issue. Furthermore, you'll usually have to pay a service charge (e.g. $100) to make the change.

Be careful. You can't always change the ticket for the usual change fee. See Rerouting for details.

Print out the rules!

Once a seat sale ends, you cannot find the fare listed on the online travel sites. Thus, you will not be able to access the fare rules for later questions. I highly recommend you print out the rules at the time you buy a ticket, and carry them with you when you travel. If a dispute arises between you and the airline agent, you will have your fare rules to defend you (assuming you're following them).
